This is a simple menu but intended for that person who is a high level physique athlete or training to be. This menu could bring you straight though competition prep if you wanted it to. It is a bare bones protein and veggie combo that I am basing over my many years as an NPC/IFBB figure competitor. The portions are precise, the salt is non existent and the proteins are all prepared simplistically. The dinners are all protein and plain veggies- the lunches are all our full size salads.
We typically recommend the 4oz portion for females. This is a 2 meal per day menu, but we also have a 3 meal a day menu coming soon.
