This is a simple menu but intended for that person who is a high level physique athlete or training to be. This menu could bring you straight though competition prep if you wanted it to. It is a bare bones protein and veggie combo that I am basing over my many years as an NPC/IFBB figure competitor. The portions are precise, the salt is non existent and the proteins are all prepared simplistically. The dinners are all protein and plain veggies- the lunches are all our full size salads.
We typically recommend the 6oz portion for females. This is a 2 meal per day menu, but we also have a 3 meal a day menu available upon request.

Honestly, this company is one of the most amazing companies I’ve ever known of. i used to have a weight problem when i was younger, and it was really hard for me to put on weight. when i turned 21 i weighed 115lbs with a height of 5’4. after i heard of fit foods redlands, i started to order their body builder meal plan to help me put on weight. i was in crossfit and wanted to be able to lift heavier weights and be able to compete in local competitions as an advance level athlete. after a couple months training and eating fit foods, i realized i had only gained about 10lbs but my numbers in lifting had a DRAMATIC increase. i felt a lot healthier and my conditioning was definitely better then it had ever been. now, 4 years later, of continuously eating fit foods, and keeping an active lifestyle.. i have used fit foods to help me lose weight (where i once lost 13 lbs in one week), and to help me gain weight if needed, and mostly just to maintain healthy eating habits. i would highly recommend fit foods to anyone who is looking for a start to having a better life.
