We have developed a moderate take on The Ketogenic Diet with our 15 meal plan. We have based our 5 day plan on the model of the Cyclical ketogenic diet (CKD): This diet involves periods of higher-carb refeeds, such as 5 ketogenic days followed by 2 high-carb days. (those would be your weekend meals on your own).
This is a 8oz portion of protein and follows the COMPETITOR menu with the additions of dairy, olives, avocados, olive oil and uses some grass fed butters.
This plan includes BREAKFAST, LUNCH and DINNER.
Breakfast is an Egg& Bacon Cup daily (delivered in 2 deliveries) and the menu loosely follows the COMPETITOR menu plan with the addition of avocado sauces, nuts, oil based dressing and proteins include occasional grass fed butter during the cooking process.
