This is a GREAT meal plan for those who need a once a week delivery.  This will be the 1st 5 meals we deliver during the week.  Please refer to the current LIFESTYLE menu for the meals.  The menu changes on Wednesday for the following week- you will receive Monday LUNCH through Wednesday Lunch for a total of 5 meals.

Calculate all macros based on half the LIFESTYLE menu.
