New- Spring and amazing!!! This is a ginger garlic sautéed beef- super thinly sliced and stir fried in coconut aminos, onion, fresh ginger, rice wine vinegar, chile and sesame oil-and topped w green onion. Served with a side of our steamy white rice an, pickled ginger and steamed broccoli.
Indian Tomato Cilantro Chicken w Basmati Rice and sauteed squash
We threw this one late into the rotation- but thought the combos of ginger, curry, lemon, garlic and cilantro would be amazing. A slow cooked saucy chicken. served over a scoop of basmati rice and sautéed zucchini, squash and red onion. Topped with green onion.
