I ordered after the THURSDAY deadline. What happens now?

If you have ordered AFTER the Thursday Deadline and did not receive a delivery on Sunday, you will receive 5 meals on Tuesday.  Your account will be credited (a half week, less a 3% fee) and reset to bill on FRIDAY before NOON. SNACK ORDERS WILL NO LONGER BE FILLED AFTER THE DEADLINE.

You may order as little as one week, but it is YOUR responsibility to change or cancel your own plan. Do not text the drivers to cancel; they are not responsible for relaying messages. What is the difference between my billing day and THURSDAY’s order deadline?

Once you place your original order, your billing date will be RESET to renew THURSDAY BEFORE MIDNIGHT.   Your renewal time can be seen on your account under “subscriptions”.
