We re coating our all natural chicken with a mild korean red chile flake, tossing in coconut flour and searing quick for a crispy edge- serving with a soba noodles, steamed brocolli, shredded carrot, pickled cabbage- and a side of delicious peanut dressing.
(our peanut dressing is super thick! we recommend heating it up- add on the side prior to heating, and you are going to love it!)
