Welcome to our summer menu! This is a new twist on a fresh spring salad- we re making a white quinoa based salad with tons of fresh parsley, cilantro, roasted garbanzo beans, shredded carrot, dried cranberry, roasted garlic, diced bell pepper, diced red onion and topped with our spicy maple glazed cashews- we re serving it with a fresh lemon vinaigrette and our delicious grilled all natural chicken.
