This plan is ideal for someone who wants strict, clean eating with an absolute minimum of starchy carbs. It is a 2 meal a a day plan (lunch and dinner). All lunches are salads with 4 oz of grilled chicken. All entrees with 4oz protein and vegetables, which vary from meal to meal. This product will follow the entrees on the COMPETITOR menu.

this is a great plan if you are trying to cut! the 6oz portions were generous, and although Tracey warned me there were a lot of salads, i felt really satisifed. this is my go to when i want to drop some body fat- hard to beat the convenience of 2 deliveries of fresh food. Their salmon is the BOMB!!
